On August 29, GRAMMY-nominated, multi-platinum chart-topping global superstar The Kid LAROI released his new single, “SHE DON’T NEED TO KNOW,” via Columbia Records. Along with the release of the single came a music video directed by Danica Arias Kleinknecht, starring Carmen Electra and Anna Van Patten, which features a steamy, romantic, tennis themed love triangle. Fans relate the love triangle featured in the music video to that of the movie “Challengers.” LAROI also reconnects with the team behind the hit single “GIRLS” – Jon Bellion, Pete Nappi, Rogét Chahayed, Tenroc, and Xplicit – as well as frequent collaborator Dopamine.

“SHE DON’T NEED TO KNOW” follows LAROI’s recent 2025 releases titled, “HOT GIRL PROBLEMS,” “ALL I WANT IS YOU,” and fan favorite, “HOW DOES IT FEEL.” LAROI also dropped a music video for “HOW DOES IT FEEL,” which was directed by CALMATIC (Kendrick Lamar, Rolling Stones), WATCH HERE.

Last year, LAROI released the deluxe version of his full-length album, THE FIRST TIME, featuring five bonus tracks. He also embarked on “The First Time Tour,” which brought him across North America, Europe, and Australia. He released three new singles, including “Girls,” which was debuted live on tour before the release, along with “Aperol Spritz,” and “Slow it Down,” featuring Quavo.
