The iconic Lola Young is feeding her fans some fantastic news: the rising singer-songwriter has announced her new album I’m Only Fucking Myself, due out September 19 via Island Records. She has already released two singles from this forthcoming project: “One Thing” in May, which has already racked up more than 41 million streams on Spotify, and “Not Like That Anymore” last Friday. While the first single is a song that speaks openly about sex, “Not Like That Anymore” dives deeper, exploring her journey with addiction. Together, these tracks offer a glimpse into the raw, personal themes that are likely to shape the new album.

Lola Young has been making major waves in 2025. Earlier this month, she supported Billie Eilish at Paris’ Accor Arena and hit the stages of Summertime Ball and Meltdown Festival in London. In May, she performed at BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend, following a standout debut at Coachella in April where she premiered “One Thing.” Her track “Messy” earned her an American Music Award nomination for Social Song of the Year, and she picked up three Ivor Novello nominations, winning the prestigious Rising Star Award. She was also nominated for “Best Pop Act” at this year’s BRIT Awards. Beyond the stage, Lola performed “Conceited” on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!,” was named a Future 25 artist by Rolling Stone, and sat down with NPR and The Los Angeles Times to reflect on her breakthrough year.
And she’s not slowing down anytime soon. After a run of major festival performances this summer—including Lollapalooza Paris, All Things Go, Glastonbury, and Roskilde—Lola will embark on her own headlining tour across North America this November and December. The tour will include stops in major cities like Toronto, New York City, Washington DC, Vancouver, and Seattle. Full dates and ticket info below.
With a bold new album on the way and a massive year already behind her, Lola Young is proving she’s one of the most compelling voices of her generation.
