On November 22, Shawn Desman took over the Orpheum Theatre in Vancouver, Canada, and performed to over 2000 fans. Fans were excited to see the artist light up the stage with his charm and music. With over 20 years of hits, the setlist was packed with memorable and renowned songs.

Opening the night, Shawn started off with “Electric,” a 2010 hit that took over and became an instant hit. Fans immediately got off their seats right when the lights went down in excitement for the show.

Newer songs that Shawn incorporated into his set list included “Maniac” and “Miami,” representing the evolution of his music as well as his songwriting talent.

With two background dancers, Shawn danced the night away with his incredible dance moves and voice, showcasing his talent. Through the costume changes and dances, it truly was a show that was a performance in itself.

Halfway through the setlist, Shawn brought Jamie Fine, the opener, out again to sing their collaborative song, “Body,” which was released earlier this year. The fan-favorite song brought out a dancing crowd, with everyone swayed to the song alongside Shawn and Jamie. You could see the connection and fun they have together as they sang and galavanted to “Body.”

There is truly something special about leaving a concert feeling fulfilled, and Shawn Desman’s “Back to Life” tour does exactly that. If you have the chance, you do not want to miss seeing him live—his energy and talent are unmatched.
