November 7, 2025 – Fresh off the release of his long-awaited sophomore album Kicking My Feet, out now via Giant Music, Australian pop phenomenon Ruel has unveiled plans for his “Kicking My Feet Tour.” The tour — featuring support from rising singer-songwriters Arthur Hill and Mercer Henderson on select dates — marks the beginning of a bold new chapter for the artist. The first shows will take place across North America and Latin America in 2026, with additional dates to be revealed soon.
During the tour, fans will hear songs from the new 11-track album, including standout singles “Wild Guess,” “I Can Die Now,” and “The Suburbs,” as well as beloved favorites from Ruel’s previous releases.
Ruel began his career at a very young age and quickly made a name for himself with standout tracks like “Growing Up Is…,” “As Long As You Care,” and the hugely successful “Painkiller.” His music often explores themes that deeply resonate with the new generation, from emotional vulnerability to the challenges of growing up. Never afraid to experiment, Ruel smoothly navigates between genres, constantly pushing the boundaries of his sound.
The North American leg kicks off February 9 at Emo’s in Austin, TX, and will bring Ruel to major cities including Atlanta, New York, Boston, Toronto, and Chicago, before concluding next spring at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles. To celebrate the album’s arrival, Ruel recently completed an impressive run of sold-out in-store signings and meet-and-greets across the U.S., U.K., Europe, Southeast Asia, and Australia. He also offered fans intimate preview performances, teasing what’s in store for this new tour.
Kicking My Feet marks a striking evolution for the 23-year-old artist — a collection that dives deeper into raw emotion, vivid storytelling, and the lush production elements that define Ruel’s sound. The project arrived alongside the official video for “Wild Guess,” featuring actress and comedian Mary Beth Barone and directed by Jackie Zhou. For the album, Ruel collaborated with a stellar lineup of producers such as Julian Bunetta (Sabrina Carpenter, One Direction), Kenny Beats (Dominic Fike, Ed Sheeran), Dan Wilson (Adele, Taylor Swift), Taka Perry, and longtime partner M-Phazes.
Adding to the excitement, Ruel has also been confirmed for Lollapalooza South America 2026, with performances in Argentina, Chile, and Brazil, and will play Estéreo Picnic in Colombia next March.
