On November 7, 2025, Hilary Duff released her brand new single “Mature“ via Atlantic Records, and honestly, this might be the most exciting release of 2025. Hilary Duff shaped us 90’s individuals with her talented artistry, as a TV star, as well as a musician who created music that promoted self-confidence and showed us that being your true self will only bring success to your life. “Mature“ may be a pop single, but it does give you a sense that Hilary is still watching over us and that sometimes we need to be protected. This single is meant for the younger generation, in my opinion, because they can be easily manipulated, and Hilary is expressing that being “mature” for your age is not always a good thing, because it can cause you, as an individual, to be put in situations that are not safe. “Mature” is powerful in so many ways, and Hilary started off strong and filled with resilience with this single because we all need to hear that not everyone who comes into our lives is meant to make us feel safe. The single is co-written by Duff (husband), Grammy-winning songwriter/producer Matthew Koma, and Madison Love.
