Oct. 12, 2025 – Following the release of their album Pirouette, Model/Actriz began tour and made a stop at El Club in Detroit. Pirouette was one of my personal favorite album releases of the year, and seeing the songs performed live did not disappoint.

This show was more than a concert; it was a performance. The lead singer Cole made his way through the crowd to sing with the fans multiple times, and everyone loved it. The crowd and the band’s energy did not die down for the entire night, with every song bringing even more than the one before.

This show was personally special for me, it was opener Kassie Krut‘s birthday, as well as mine just a few days prior. I had the privilege of meeting Cole before the show and told him. He, along with the entire crowd, sang happy birthday to the both of us.

Model/Actriz has been up and coming for a while now, with both their albums, Dogsbody and Pirouette, receiving mass amounts of critical acclaim. Experiencing their music live is a must do, the live performance brings a whole new meaning and experience with their music.
