Neon Trees bring their “Fall 2025” tour to the Regency Ballroom

On a Monday night, many fans were extremely excited to see Neon Trees perform at the Regency Ballroom. The stage had little platforms for all the bands’ drummers, bass players, and guitarists. Before Neon Trees came out to perform, a big banner that read “Neon Trees” was put up as a backdrop.

As the lights dimmed, Neon Trees made their entrance onto the stage. They wasted no time and started their set with “Skeleton Boy” off their 2020 album, I Can Feel You Forgetting Me. They followed that performance with “Teenager in Love,” “Moving in the Dark,” and “Animal,” one of their top hits that has amassed over 450 million streams on Spotify. Towards the end of the set, lead singer Tyler Glenn explained that performing in front of audiences has been a dream of his since childhood, and being able to do it for so long has been a blessing. Finishing off their set, Neon Trees performed “Everybody Talks,” their biggest hit that has gained over a billion streams on Spotify.

Neon Trees is a rock band that formed in Provo, Utah. The group was formed in 2005 and soon signed with Mercury Records. The first single they released was “Animals,” which peaked at No. 13 on the Billboard Hot 100. The band currently consists of four members: Chris Allen, Tyler Glenn, Elaine Bradley, and Branden Campbell.

Singer, songwriter, and musician Joni Lemons was the first opener for Neon Trees, accompanied by Noah Jermain, her guitarist. She was named after Joni Mitchell, someone her father hoped she would look up to. She recently released her first single, “spf 18.”

Los Angeles boy band Dear Boy was the second opener for Neon Trees. They originally formed in 2012 and have over 14,000 monthly listeners on Spotify.
