OUR FOURTH EZINE IS LIVE AND FREELY ACCESSIBLE THROUGH THIS LINK HERE.
This past Spring, we set the goal of releasing an e-zine every single month of the summer, each page a stage for rising voices and untold stories. We sincerely appreciate everyone who has taken the time to speak with us, read our words, and support our journey throughout this project. Two more brilliant bands await you as our covers through September before we slow back to our familiar bi-monthly rhythm. But, for now, welcome to our fourth issue, a labor of love born on a tighter clock as we raced toward our annual heartbeat, Summer Scream Fest.
Even with the rush, June and early July gave us treasures: conversations with artists who shape and shake the scene. At the center, our fearless cover stars Winona Fighter – punk fire incarnate, a band bound to conquer, their deluxe debut, My Apologies to the Chef, promising thirty-one tracks of unrelenting spirit this September. Capturing this cover was effervescent, and we owe a huge thank you to Becky Kovach for weaving her time with ours amidst the chaos.
A heartfelt thank you to Winona Fighter for gracing our cover, to Kinneret, Chef Charles, Lazlo Lang, NileXNile, Not Enough Space, and The Spins for sharing their time, insight, and stories, and to Cold War Kids and Orthodox for allowing us to capture their performances in intimate and exclusive ways.
