On August 6, 2025, we had the pleasure of welcoming KenTheMan to Revolution Live in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, for her South Florida stop of the “Kinda Famous” tour. The tour has already found massive success with the recent popularity of Ken’s single “First” trending on social media platforms such as Tiktok and Instagram, and I was incredibly eager to see her perform in person.

Upon entering the historic venue, I was immediately struck by how many eager fans were patiently awaiting the show to start. They didn’t have to wait long, as shortly after opener iCandy hit the stage. The Pompano Beach princess dazzled the crowd with energetic performances of her songs such as “FCKEM,” “Big Mad,” and her viral hit “Keep Dat N*gga.” This show was originally supposed to have no openers, so I was pleasantly surprised to finally see iCandy live in action for this surprise performance.

Shortly after iCandy’s performance, KenTheMan finally prepared to hit the stage. As the lights dimmed and the music began, the fans went absolutely wild as Ken stepped out into the spotlight. Sporting a beautifully matching all-black tank top and shorts, KenTheMan ripped through all of her hits such as “I Got Questions,” “Crazy Bout Me,” and fan favorite “First.” One thing about Ken that struck me the most was her connection to her fans. Between each song, she made sure to take a break and take the time to talk to fans in the audience, getting to know them and gauging how they were feeling. Between KenTheMan’s blatant admiration for her fanbase and her captivating performance, I can honestly say this was one of my top favorite hip-hop tours I’ve gotten to attend.

Although KenTheMan’s “Kinda Famous” tour has officially wrapped up, we highly recommend giving Ken a follow on Instagram to stay up-to-date with all future show and music announcements.
