London-based High Vis has announced their headlining North American tour, set to launch this September. The 19-date trek will feature support from No Warning, Pissed Jeans, Cold Gawd, Radioactivity, Secret World, Locked Shut, Gag, and more on select dates, including a stop at Ohana Festival in Dana Point, California. Tickets are on sale now [HERE].
This headline run follows High Vis’ busy year across the U.K. and Europe, where they will share the stage with Fontaines D.C. at Cardiff Castle, appear at Pukkelpop and Reading and Leeds Festival, and support TURNSTILE on their full U.K./EU tour later this fall. Their North American tour announcement also comes just after the band wrapped a six-show run with Deftones throughout Europe. Earlier this year, High Vis earned a spot on the BBC 6 Music A-List and was featured in Rolling Stone for their role in the resurgence of modern hardcore.
Guided Tour & Critical Acclaim
High Vis’ upcoming tour supports their acclaimed 2024 album, Guided Tour (out now via Dais Records). The record, released last October, drew praise from Pitchfork, Alternative Press, Revolver, Stereogum, and more for its bracing mix of melody and grit, featuring standout singles “Guided Tour,” “Drop Me Out,” “Mob DLA,” and “Mind’s a Lie.”
Recorded over several weeks at Holy Mountain Studios in London with producer Jonah Falco and engineer Stanley Gravett, the same team behind 2022’s Blending, Guided Tour captures High Vis at full stride — 11 tracks of contemporary guitar-driven anthems forged through sweat, camaraderie, and sharp-eyed social commentary. Their sound weaves swaggering street-punk energy with jangly indie melodies, shoegaze textures, and a fiery undercurrent of frustration.
A Band Shaping Its Own Lane
Since their formation in 2018, High Vis has sharpened a unique blend of progressive hardcore, post-punk, Britpop, neo-psychedelia, and Madchester grooves, bridging mosh-pit chaos with undeniable hooks. Their 2019 debut, No Sense No Feeling, introduced their self-styled “post-industrial-Britain misery punk” to a wider audience, while 2022’s Blending — featuring “Talk For Hours” and “Trauma Bonds” — expanded both their sonic palette and their lyrical reach. Vocalist Graham Sayle tackles social and political struggles with unflinching honesty, offering messages of resilience and hope.
