Upon my initial listen of this track, I was instantly struck with how confident Kesha’s energy came across on this song. With her previous singles such as “JOYRIDE.” and “ATTENTION!,” Kesha leaned more into vogue-style club hits, but “THE ONE.” feels so much more emotional and personal. Kesha leans more into strong, powerful vocals backed by a triumphant synth beat. Every lyric of this track oozes confidence and self love, and I feel like this was the perfect mood-boosting track that our generation of younger women needed. Listen to “THE ONE.” here!
