Portland’s punk rock band KEDDIES RESORT are excited to release their new single, “Duffel Bags,” a gritty, high-energy track that captures the band’s raw DIY spirit. Known for their fusion of punk rock intensity and power pop hooks, KEDDIES RESORT delivers another dose of angst and rebellion, wrapped in their signature lo-fi sound.

“Duffel Bags” furthers the band’s exploration of the absurdities of modern life, channeling frustration and urgency through distorted guitars, driving rhythms, and a sharp-edged vocal delivery — all while building anticipation for their upcoming album, American Spirit, out July 4 via Sweatband Records.

KEDDIES RESORT is a three piece explosion with a catalogue consisting of four EP’s and two albums titled Makita and KYST.

Since their first show on April 2, 2022, they’ve quickly climbed the ranks in the Portland music scene, gaining popularity and solidifying a strong fan base. The power trio punches above its weight, with a striking mix of alt-rock, punk, and harmonic pop sensibilities.

Their stage antics have gained the band major notoriety in the all ages scene, landing them the title “Portland’s most infamous band.” When they’re not inducing indoor crowd tornadoes, you can find them playing generator shows under bridges and in the basements and garages that have been served as the backbone of underground youth culture in Portland for years.
