During his time on earth, XXXTentacion showed us evolution is possible. In just a few short years, he went from being a young reckless kid to being an international superstar focused on bringing positivity and change to the youth across the world. With this in mind, the XXXTentacion Memorial Concert is set to return for its third consecutive year to highlight and carry on X’s charitable ways.
On June 18, 2025, the XXXTentacion Memorial Concert will be returning to Los Angeles, California, and for the first time ever, will be hitting Fort Lauderdale, Florida, X’s hometown. Both shows will run consecutively on the same day, June 18. The Los Angeles showing will be held at Catch One, and the Fort Lauderdale showing will be held at Kemistry Nightclub. Both showings will be open to ALL ages.
What’s the purpose? The purpose of the XXXTentacion Memorial Concert is to honor the life and legacy of Jahseh Onfroy (XXXTentacion). In 2018, XXXTentacion launched the Helping Hand Challenge as part of his commitment to personal growth and uplifting others. Keeping his humanitarian efforts alive, all profits from the shows will go towards funding a $10,000 Helping Hand Scholarship for college students affected by Donald Trump’s recent federal student aid cut. This scholarship honors X’s legacy by supporting students who embody his values—those dedicated to personal development, improving their academics, and making a positive impact in their communities.
Two recipients will each receive a $5,000 scholarship—amount to be increased if the Memorials exceed expectations—and a brief celebration will be held near the end of the Memorial Concert. At the time of writing this article, applications for the scholarship have already closed. Recipients will be announced on June 14.
This year, the memorial shows will also serve as a water drive! In previous years, the memorial has donated over 2,000 water bottles to Good Karma Los Angeles, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting unhoused individuals on Skid Row. Fans are urged to bring as many water bottles as they can to the events, as they will all be donated to the less fortunate.
