Breakout artist, producer, and songwriter Mark Ambor debuts a new song, “Who Knows,” via Capitol Records, all while selling out a headlining tour across the U.K. and Europe. The track is the first taste of new music from Ambor this year and premiers alongside the official music video directed by Katherine Goguen.
“It’s been a second since I’ve put out a new song, so I’m excited to be releasing new music again,” says Ambor. “‘Who Knows’ is one of my favorite songs I’ve written in the past few months. It’s been so much fun to play on tour, and after seeing how people connected with it live, I figured I should just put it out. To me, it feels like a step between Rockwood and what’s coming next.”
“Who Knows” is self-written and produced by Ambor alongside Ian Fitchuk, Ammo, and longstanding collaborator Noel Zancanella. The single adds to a impetuous year for the 27-year-old artist, who has spent the last several months appearing for the first time on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” and “TODAY,” making the global top charts and performing to multiple sold-out venues worldwide.
In 2024 we saw the release of Ambor’s debut album, Rockwood, which featured the 25x global platinum-certified track “Belong Together”—that earned Ambor his first Billboard Hot 100 hit and spent over 20 weeks on the tally. Certified platinum in over 11 countries, including the U.S. and the U.K., the song peaked at No. 24 and No. 20 on the Billboard Global Excl. U.S. and Pop Airplay charts, subsequently, and amassed nearly 1 billion global streams to date.
Ambor is preparing for a summer full of marquee festivals in North America and Europe, with sets at Lollapalooza (in both Berlin and Chicago)–Govenor’s Ball, Outside Lands, NOS Alive and more.
