The 19-year-old rising star sombr is officially heading out on his highly awaited headline tour this fall. The tour will include performances at iconic venues such as Gramercy Theatre in New York, Rickshaw Stop in San Francisco, The Atlantis in Washington, D.C., Outset in Chicago, El Rey Theatre in Los Angeles, and several major stops across Europe, including London and Amsterdam. Full tour dates can be found below.
Pre-sale and general sale tickets flew last week, selling out instantly. sombr responded by adding new U.S. dates and upgrading venues, but fans snapped those up just as fast, selling them out all over again. A few tickets are still available, grab your tickets here.
sombr is a New York-native singer, producer and songwriter. He first started making music in his bedroom while studying classical music at the prestigious LaGuardia High School. His 2022 breakout, “caroline,” blew up online, launching a wave of EPs and singles that pushed him past 20 million monthly Spotify listeners. Now based in Los Angeles, sombr channels the highs and heartbreaks of young love into his self-written tracks, all released through Warner Records. Most recently, he teamed up with 2025 Brit Awards nominee Rachel Chinouriri for a new take on her hit “All I Ever Asked.”
This announcement comes during a landmark year for sombr, whose genre-defying sound has already drawn praise from legends like Elton John and John Mayer. Within the past month, sombr has made not one but two appearances on the Billboard Hot 100, a major career milestone. His breakout single “back to friends” has been steadily climbing the charts, currently sitting at No. 56, racking up 142 million streams worldwide since its December 2024 release. It also scored strong debuts on Billboard’s Hot Rock (No. 9) and Hot Rock & Alternative Songs (No. 12) charts. While his latest track “undressed” which debuted last week at No. 84, has reached nearly 60M global streams to date and climbing. The track reached No. 12 on Hot Rock and No. 16 on Hot Rock & Alternative songs on the Billboard charts and is also taking off in the U.K. at No. 5 on the Official Trending Chart. Both songs, entirely self-written, are out now via Warner Records.
sombr is hitting the road for his headline tour after wrapping a packed spring with Daniel Seavey across North America, and kicking off a U.K. and Europe run with Nessa Barrett in May.
New music from sombr is imminent: and we can’t wait.
