Wednesday 13’s “There’s No Such Things as Monsters North American Tour,” which kicked off in Las Vegas, come through Albuquerque, New Mexico, this week with their friends from Dead Rabbitts and Stitched Up Heart, performing at The Launchpad.

Dead Rabbitts, a metal core band from Phoenix, Arizona, opened the show with a powerhouse set of high-energy heavy metal. The group is a side project of Escape the Fate lead singer Craig Mabbitt and has released four albums, the latest one titled Redefined, which dropped just a few weeks ago in 2025. They performed three songs from this new album:Artificial God,” “Mistake,” “Hellscape.” During their opening song, Raisehell.exe,” lead singer Alecia ‘Mixi’ Demner from Stitched Up Heart joined Mabbitt as a duet.

Their high energy metalcore sound is infectious and grows on you. You can follow Dead Rabbitts at the following links and look for them on tour again soon.

Stitched Up Heart, a four-pierce American rock band formed in Los Angeles, CA, works closely with Dead Rabbitts and followed up with an electric performance of their own. Stitched Up Heart has only released three albums, but they have been busy touring with bands like GodsmackHalestormSteel Panther and In This Moment. They have a killer sound, and they love to entertain their audience. As lead singer Alecia “Mixi” Demner opens their performance, the lead singer from Dead Rabbitts, Craig Mabbitt, joined Mixi to sing “To the Wolves,” which Mabbitt and Demner released together on the last Stitched Up Heart 2023 album, To the Wolves. Also, Demner sang a new song not released on any album, “Sick Sick Sick.” Now a fun fact: Stitched up Heart‘s drummer Delancy Jaster also filled in as Dead Rabbitts tour drummer, and she killed it with both bands.

I am now following this band, and I suggest you check out her links.
